Information collection
This website does not enable an online inquiry form, visitor account, payment, or analytics service. The only information the site stores is what a client chooses to submit through a private review invitation link: the name they enter, how they want that name displayed, the transaction type, the general market and optional city, an optional rating, their written review, and the record of their consent.
Direct contact
If you call, email, or connect through WeChat or RedNote, those communications are handled through the service you choose and are subject to that service’s privacy practices.
Client reviews
Reviews are submitted only through single-use private invitation links. Nothing is published automatically: each review is read first, and only the name format the client approved is shown. A client can ask for their review to be removed at any time. Invitation links expire and can be cancelled.
Future updates
This policy will be updated before adding analytics, online inquiry forms, property-management tools, or other features that change how information is handled.
